QC Retreat

Every year for some time now the partners at QC for our Holiday gift has given the staff a weekend retreat. We look forward to spending a weekend in a hotel with a big sewing room where we work on all kinds of projects. This year was not exception. We sewed some samples for the shop, finished some UFO's, made Valentine postcards, presents, baby books, lap quilts, mended, and of course ate and sang.
Can you find the photo of where Cathy quilted her quilt to the tablecloth? We had quite a laugh on that one and Cathy found her seam ripper to be her best friend.
Oh, and a helpful hint....we went to a Chinese place for dinner and brought back some chopsticks. I used one making a rug you can see in the baby corner. It was a perfect tool for tucking in and evening out fabric. It's the photo below that is a close up.
